The universal side panels of the ISO modular system allow ISO plastic baskets, wire baskets, shelf panels, hanging brackets, and other accessories to be freely installed in cabinets.
The main advantage of the system is its simplicity: all components can be inserted into and removed from the cabinets without any additional fastening or fixing. This makes it very easy to reorganize the cabinet interiors whenever necessary, such as changing basket positions or replacing baskets with shelves.
When pulled out, the baskets lock into position at both 5° and 30° angles, significantly improving access to supplies stored in the upper baskets. Stoppers installed at the corners of the baskets ensure that they remain securely fixed in the extended position. For storing heavier items, rollers can also be added to the side panels to make pulling out the baskets easier. The unique design allows the plastic side panels to be used in pass-through cabinets, where baskets need to be accessible from both sides.
In addition to horizontal side panels, angled side panels are also available, allowing ISO baskets to be installed in cabinets at a 30° angle. This improves visibility and accessibility, making them particularly suitable for applications such as order-picking stations. Angled ISO baskets equipped with longitudinal dividers can be used to create a simple FIFO (First In, First Out) system, where packages are loaded from the rear and removed from the front.
